A: The tagline for Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014 is “Connecting People of Today, Creating Leaders of Tomorrow”.

Q: What is the objectives of Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014? 
A: 1. To provide Malaysia as well as Southeast Asia’s business students with insights into business professions.
2. To serve as a networking platform between business students and business leaders in Malaysia as well as Southeast Asia.
3. To equip business students with soft skills that is necessary in the real business world.

Q: Who can participate in Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014? 
A: This summit is open to all business field related undergraduates major [business field studies/courses here include Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, International Business, Marketing, Human Resources and Etc.]

Q:Why should I join Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014?
A: Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014 is a 4 days 3 nights program that fills with fun yet beneficial activities which includes The Amazing Race, Summit Banquet, Case Study Challenge, Business Talks by Keynote Speakers, Capital Game, Panel Forum, and etc. This is a great opportunity for you to expand your social network, especially in business profession field.

Q: How much is the registration fees?
A: Every participant need to pay RM90 which covers all the meals throughout the event, T-shirts and the accommodation.

Q: Is there any particular activity that participant must involve?
A: Yes. The provided activities included talks by Keynote Speakers, Case Study Challenge, The Amazing Race, Panel Forum, Capital Game, Summit Banquet and etc. Participants are required to involve in all of the activities according to the program flow. (*Activities stated are subjected to change)

Q: Who is the organizer of Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014? 
A: The organizer of Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014 is University of Malaya Business Club (UMBC). 

Q: Is transportation provided? If not, how can we get to University of Malaya? 
A: No, participants have to get their own transport to University of Malaya. However, transportation will be provided throughout the event of all 4 days.

Public Transportation to University of Malaya 
I. From KL Sentral
Participants may take LRT (Kelana Jaya Line) from KL Sentral to Universiti Station, then take Rapid KL T632 to University of Malaya. Our committees will be waiting for you at the main library bus stop and guide you to Faculty of Business and Accountancy.

II. From Bukit Jalil
Participants may take LRT from Bukit Jalil Station to Masjid Jamek Station and transfer to Kelana Jaya Line to Universiti Station. Upon reaching Universiti Station, participants may take Rapid KL buses (T632) to reach University of Malaya.

III.From Putra Station 
Participants may take LRT from PWTC Station to Masjid Jamek Station and transfer to Kelana Jaya Line to Universiti Station. Upon reaching Universiti Station, participants may take Rapid KL buses (T632) to reach University of Malaya.

IV. From Titiwangsa 
Participants may take LRT from Titiwangsa Station to Masjid Jamek Station, then transfer to Kelana Jaya line to Universiti Station. Upon reaching Universiti Station, participants may take Rapid KL buses (T632) to reach University of Malaya.

V. From UKM/Nilai (KTM) 
Participants may take KTM to KL Sentral and then proceed to take LRT from KL Sentral to Universiti Station. Upon reaching Universiti Station, participants may take Rapid KL buses (T632) to reach University of Malaya.

VI. From Midvalley KTM Station 
Participants may go to the North Court to take Rapid KL buses (T631) to reach University Station. Upon reaching Universiti Station, participants may take Rapid KL buses (T632) to reach University of Malaya.





 
Q: When and where Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014 will be held?
A: Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014 will be held on 22th January to 25th January 2014. (Wednesday to Saturday), in the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. *Participants can register and check in start from 4 pm till 6 pm on 22th January 2014 ( Wednesday) .

Q: Is there any accommodation provided for participants? 
A: Yes, accommodation will be provided for participants during the 4 days 3 nights of the summit.

Q: How to pay the registration fee to the organizer?
A: Only participants from University Malaya are allowed to pay in cash to the organizer/University Malaya Business Club. Other universities and colleges' participants can pay the fee through online banking, after bank in the fee, participants are required to keep their banking slip or receipt as a proof of registration.

Q: When can we start to register and when is the deadline for the registration? 
A: The registration for Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014 will start on 11 November 2013 and the due date for the registration is 30th December 2013.* Participants are advised to visit to our official blog mbss2013.blogspot.com to access to the link for registration.

Q: Is there any dress code requirements? 
A: Please refer to the rules and regulations.

Q: Is Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014 open to foreign students as well?
A: Yes, foreign students who are studying in business related field are very welcome to join Malaysian Business Student Summit (MBSS) 2014.
